I’ve been setting up some new Blackberry phones at work, and I’ve run into an issue on the 9900 models. Â Sometimes they are missing the “mailbox” option in OWA setup. Â From what I’ve seen, the only way to set this up is via the carrier specific Blackberry website*. Â You’ll need to use your BlackBerry ID to get in.
If your Blackberry ID doesn’t work, try calling Verizon / your carrier. Â In one case here we had to remove the ID and re-create it before it would allow access to those settings via browser. Â Good luck!
